As for the urine of baby boys that gets on one’s clothes then those baby boys who haven’t had solid food then one only sprinkles water over it. As for the urine of the baby girls then it is washed. The reason has not been mentioned in the hadeeth.   Answer:
It is obligatory to know that there isn’t actually something called an Amir of the Masjid or community. In a non-Muslim country, whoever builds the Masjid, they are the ones who take care of the Masjid; they appoint an Imaam, a Mu’adhin, care taker. They take care of the affairs of expenses etc. They are only responsible for the Imaam and Muaadhin and don’t have authority over the people. If the Imaam falls into innovation, he is to be advised. The Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said that whoever does not leave evil talk while fasting then Allaah has no need that he leaves his food and drink. One should strive to benefit much in this month and strive to do good deeds. One should fulfill the obligations and is encouraged to perform the extra duties. In this month the good deeds are magnified and the sins are forgiven. So I advise you to guard the obligations of Allaah, those obligatory duties such as the Prayer and the Zakah (Charity). I advise you to be righteous to your parents and to keep the ties with your family. You must fulfill your trusts and be truthful in speech.   Answer:
Sheikh ‘Ubayd said that which he has memorized from the Scholars of Knowledge on this issue is; there are two situations to this issue:

First- Before the fetus is formed, this is at about four months, it is not allowed to ask the sex of it because it has not been formed and Allaah alone knows the sex of the fetus. Second- After the fetus is formed, it is allowed to ask. The doctor then has the ability to know the sex of the fetus.

What should we do to protect our deen in some Muslim countries such as Pakistan where there is much corruption and sins are widespread, is it recommended to go back to non-Muslim countries where there are more salafees and the dawah is more stronger?
  Answer:
If you cannot practice your deen where you are in Pakistan as you are surrounded by deviants and deviations then you can go back and live amongst strong salafi communities such as in Birmingham with your brothers in Makataba salafiyyah.

Sheikh position is that if you are the few and weak then do not put yourself in a situation that will bring harm but refute innovations without mentioning names.
Busy yourselves with knowledge so the people know that is what you are about and the people come to you to benefit with beautiful preaching and wisdom. Connect to the people of knowledge.

  The Quran
  Question 1
Is there a time frame to finish reciting the whole of the Quraan? Is it allowed to finish reciting the Quraan in a day?
  Answer:
Sheikh Muhammad al Banna said that Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaimeen used to complete it in a day and I complete it about twice in a week.
I said: is not there a prohibition for reciting the Quran in less than 3 days?
Sheikh Muhammad Al-Banna replied: the hadeeth says the one who recites it in less than 3 days doesn't understand what he is reciting, so I see that the one who has memorized the Quran can recite it in this time as a way of revising. Due to my age, I prefer not to read other books other than the Quran. I can remember what I have recited from the Quran but with other books they take longer to read and once you have read them you forget their contents. As for the student of knowledge then they must also read Islamic books from the scholars to have a good understanding also.

The sheikh advises that the students of knowledge learn the chapter headings of Imam al Bukhaaree from Saheeh al-Bukhaaree as in them there is a lot of benefit in Aqeedah and fiqh.
