Aboo Umāmah رضي الله عنه narrates,
“A youth came to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and said:
“O Messenger of Allāh, give me permission to fornicate.”
A group of people who were present turned towards him and began to scold him, and said:
“Quiet! Keep quiet!”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said to the youth:
“Come close”, so he came close and sat down, and the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said to him:
“Would you like that for your mother?”
He replied:
“No, by Allāh, may Allāh make me a ransom for you”
He صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“Nor do the people like it for their mothers.”
He صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“Would you like that for your daughter?”
He said:
“No, by Allāh O Messenger of Allāh, may Allāh make me a ransom for you.”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“Nor do the people like it for their daughters.”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
“Would you like that for your sister?”
He said:
“No, by Allāh, may Allāh make me a ransom for you.”
He صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“Nor do the people like it for their sisters.”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
“Would you like that for your paternal aunty?”
He said:
“No, by Allāh, may Allāh make me a ransom for you.”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“Nor do the people like it for their paternal aunties.”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
“Would you like that for your maternal aunty?”
He said:
“No, by Allāh, may Allāh make me a ransom for you.”
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
”Nor do the people like it for their maternal aunties.”
Then the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم placed his hand upon him and supplicated:
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ ذَنْبَهُ وَطَهِّرْ قَلْبَهُ وَحَصِّنْ فَرْجَهُ
“O Allāh forgive his sins, purify his heart, and protect his private parts (chastity).”
After that, the youth did not incline towards anything of (lewdness).””
